Days Inn by Wyndham Central San Antonio NW Medical Center

We booked this room through Delta Stays to earn miles and save money. Mission accomplished. The bed was comfortable. The room included a small fridge and microwave. Close proximity to the freeway made getting around town easy. The motel was a little run down and somewhat dirty. The fact that the front counter is completely enclosed with security glass made us feel we were in a potentially dangerous part of town (not ideal in a motel situation). Street noise was high throughout the night. Keeping the furnace fan on all night helped drown out the noise of the freeway, busy intersection, sirens, etc. The room condition was acceptable except for the bathroom. Not very clean, the area is sub-par, I wouldn’t stay again. I’m not impressed by the smell of the room nor did I really like the appearance of the bathroom. The comforters had several stains as if they were never cleaned. The pillows also had stains and when I lifted the sheets the bed had stains as well. I was disgusted and slept on the top of the comforter in my sweats

Positive: It was descent for the price Negative: Did not have bath towels and the tv did not work. I?m glad I had my iPad to watch something did not use their wifi

Firstly, I will never stay at this hotel again. My boyfriend and I went there for his sister-in-law's graduation, and the first night we spent there, we heard a huge fight and people screaming like crazy. It sounded like someone had been thrown out. Secondly, the sheets were ugly, dirty, and stained, and there were cockroaches. The staff was also very irresponsible and we buy Air freshener cause the room smell like smoke.

Almost 5 stars but not happy with the breakfast offered, just yogurt, coffee and juice, but for the price you can't ask for too much, room was small but clean, not coffee maker in the room, it has the ironing and the dryer, offers 30 minutes extra of late checkout for members of the Wyndham, overall kinda satisfied.
