Our stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. The area around the hotel did not feel pleasant, and the general atmosphere of the property was not very welcoming. The photos online give a much better impression than the reality — the rooms were much smaller and less comfortable than expected. That said, the staff was truly wonderful — friendly, polite, and always willing to help. They did their best to make our stay comfortable, and none of our criticism is directed toward them. The issue lies with the hotel’s condition and surroundings, not with the people working there. While the bed was fine, the overall experience didn’t match the price or the expectations from a hotel under the Wyndham brand.

​I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, from October 23rd to November 1st, 2025. I would like to highlight the impeccable cleanliness of the premises and the cozy room, which had excellent hot water supply. ​A significant advantage is the breakfast. Although basic, it is of very good quality—a notable and highly appreciated feature, considering that many hotels in New York do not offer this service. ​The service and staff throughout my stay were excellent. Due to all these positive factors, this hotel has now become my go-to accommodation reference for future trips to New York. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

This hotel should not be operating. My stay from November 10–14, 2025, was a complete health hazard. I found a cockroach-like insect crawling inside my room, and another one near the breakfast food area. This is not just disappointing; it is dangerous and unacceptable. I paid more than $523 for this stay. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on this property. I reported the issue with clear video proof, and the hotel staff showed no concern. No apology, no investigation, no refund, nothing.
