I was in contact with this business for almost 2 months regarding my event and was told there was no deadline for payment on the hall. As I was making my final payments the day before my event I’m told they “overbooked” for the day I requested almost 2 MONTHS ago and they had no written record of my original payment, (even though they accepted another payment just that morning via cashapp and we were in communication several times throughout this process) didn’t know what time my event was or what name it was reserved under. On top of that, tried to give me a PARTIAL refund and blame it on his staff. If you could leave less than 1 star I would. Incompetent, unreliable, unprofessional and unorganized. Please do better you’re making black owned businesses look bad.

Local, black owned, classy, affordable. This event center offers an upscale atmosphere within the heart of a growing ethnic Urban neighborhood whose owner also offers classes to educate and upgrade our youth and give back to the community

The plce was very clean nd the young lady that let us inside the venue was very polite nd so were the gentlemen also. So much construction underway going across 105th street, there was still suitable parking for our guest. I was very plze. The staff was so helpful nd there was a speaker music system available also which made for some enjoyable music to play. ( Blue Tooth). On a scale from 1-10 I would rate a 10 for overall appearance nd politeness of the staff, so friendly😀.

Not bad for Cleveland Ohio.
