Dark Canyon RV Park

Right out in the desert. Big open RV park, dumpers have big open area in front for easy access. No issues with stealing, everyone is friendly. I left many things outside and I stayed her for months never had an issue. There are big speed bumps so no one speeds coming onto park. Management was always quick with any issue I had. Maintenance man lived on property and keeps places looking good.

I came here for about an hour to visit my uncle and omg it was so hot here, there was wind blowing and all but the spots where you park the RVs at had no shed thing to put the camper under or nothing, so the campers were literally just sitting out in the open sun, no trees or nothing. I know there's nothing you can do about there being no trees, but they could have at least built sheds or something like they have at KingsRoad RV Park.

New RV park- close to town, but quiet. Great location to work. Friendly and great Service. Manager super awesome great view of the canyon

Management is great. Very accommodating and friendly. Lots are larger than most we found in Carlsbad. Downside...... lots of guys gunning and racing engines. Lots of loud music. Lots of very drunk people. If your young and like it loud probably perfect for you. If your settled in and like to come home after work to unwind and relax..... buy ear plugs.

Nothing fancy here, just very large spaces with plenty of room to maneuver and everything you need and nothing you don't. The owner, Lonnie is extremely nice and fun to talk to. He has some great stories of his adventures and the old west. I would definitely stay here again.
