Daffodil Cottage

This is the perfect getaway house! Located near the Packwood Brewery, we could walk to all the shops, but were just far enough away that it was nice and quiet. The Timberland Library is right across the street, & they had so many activities for kids & adults! You can check out books & movies & return them to any TRL location! There was a farmer's market that had beautiful produce, fresh baked bread, artwork, plants & other delicious things! Hayley was super communicative throughout our stay, even though we had everything we needed! The house is very well stocked & the decor is fantastic, down to a fun record player, & some cool record side tables. Comfortable beds, plenty of seating, & a great selection of books. A great place to stay. Centrally located in Packwood within walking distance of restaurants, a grocery, drugstore, and a well stocked hardware store if you left something at home. The cottage itself is charming, comfortable, and well appointed including two bedrooms, spacious kitchen and dining area, living room, bathroom, as well as games including PacMan for kids and/or adults . There are hiking trails along the Cowlitz river nearby. You would also be only 23 minutes from Mt. Rainier and 30 minutes from a ski resort. This is a 5 star choice.

Super cute cottage with all the amenities of a more luxorious place for a very reasonable price. Easy walking distance to restaurants and brewery. Easy driving distance to White Pass, Gifford Pichot National Forest, Mt Rainer National Park. A great base camp for all the outdoor adventures Washington has to offer.
