Cypress Inn Motel Houston I-45 North at 1960

I've had to stay here after the hurricane and it has been great. The owners are great even helping making sure fema voucher were extended to make our stay great. I have really enjoyed my stay here I haven't seen any bugs, the beds are super comfy, and for thr most part quiet hotel. I would definitely stay again!!

The old management was better before the new rebrand to Cypress Inn but first off the new manger she is very bad and rude if not gotten her way the staff are good and well manner but other then that everything about here doesn’t add up or is just bad service they do not offer a weekly price nor do they have a set price also.There is no late fee if they are upset with you and everyone that stays here end up with different prices or some people get weekly prices while others do not it’s a mess all over the place not to mention the $5 card fee you have to pay if you do not have cash.It’s 2024 and we still have business with no proper card readers is a shame I been there for 8 months and if not due to being close to work or my personal situation I should have been left earlier. $80 a night is

The owners and family are phenomenal people as well as great business owners, they made me feel right at home, clean rooms very quiet, a perfect place to bring the family.

Although this property is in a questionable ( at best) neighborhood, once inside you would never know. Super friendly, accommodating staff, spotless rooms and public areas. The pool area looked as if it had suffered some damage from last year's floods, but is probably not far from being fully repaired. Still a nice area to sit and enjoy the sun. All in all, if it's close to where you need to be, it's a great deal. I would stay there again. A note: while the hotel parking lot seems safe and is very well lit and has lots of cameras, the adjoining convenience store does not seem like a safe place to be after dark.

The staff was nice. From the check in to the morning at breakfast & check out we got nothing but good customer service from them. The room was clean. The shower was amazing! The drain in the tub needs to be cleaned, it wasn’t draining very well. It did have great water pressure. The beds were HORRIBLE!! Room 119 have the worst beds ever!! We mentioned it to the front desk & they said it’s had a lot of complaints before. Why give out the room if it’s had so many complaints? Why not fix it?
