Culebra Motel

My experience for this place was not good the room was dirty, bed was hard, blankets made us itch and to top it off front desk gave us the wrong key and when I told her about it she said no that's the right key I said ma'am it does not open the door it was a brown key then she said hold on went to the back and came back with a silver key and said yes I gave you wrong key! I should of know the place was not good when there was not one car in the parking lot and when the front desk gave me a actual key instead of a card key like who uses regular keys for motel business anymore. The price was to high for the no good room that's probably why they never have any vehicles in the parking lot because they are not getting any costumers! Culebra Motel you need to do better! Christmas Eve me and my family had plumbing issues at our house and my wife had called them two days before Christmas Eve and then again on Christmas Eve. Then on Christmas Day we decided to go over to spend a day at this motel to use showers was the main reason. On all phone calls my wife explained situation to a lady on the phone and told her the amount of family members we have and was given the same price over the course of days until we made the decision to go over on the bus. Mind everyone that my mother is elderly and in a wheelchair. So Christmas Day in the afternoon we get on bus and make the trip to this motel and when we get to the window to pay this man tells us we need to rooms and basically made the price double. He proceeded to tell us cash only and the entire parking lot

DO NOT STAY IN THIS MOTEL! THE ROOMS HAVE BEDBUGS! I CHECKED OUT WITH A PARASITE BITE'S. HAD TO LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT CULEBRA MOTEL IS TRASH. IT WAS LAST WEEK I STAYED THERE ROOM 121. NEVER STAY OR THERE OR WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Its been great to me. Nice and clean very relaxing and great staff. Great work place. It Ralph up and see you there.

the desk people are kinda rude, but for the price and the privacy, this place ranks at about two out of five stars. for anyone who wants to talk mess, don't forget it is on the west side of town, so no it's not gonna be the hilton...
