The room was nice and large. The water was good and hot.

Terrible service, the reception staff were rude to me, when I entered my room it was dirty and messy, they had used the room before me and they didn't clean it, there were towels on the floor, the bed was messy, it was a terrible experience I don't recommend it to anyone.

This place has poor customer service and my first room ac didn't be gone tell me to wait one hour. Then I ask for a refund he gone say well do you want another room... I replied yes and thank you but that wasn't no better I sit on the bed for five seconds and I arm starts itching go look in the mirror I have bite marks on my arm this place is nasty and I don't recommend no one to come here

To be honest it looks like how the picture is but I don't really have nothing to say about it to be honest besides the rooms was clean to expectation!

Still have not reciprocated my refund from two days ago, they are saying my payment is on hold and I never even used the room, can’t call them cause the phone don’t work
