Crystal Inn - Missouri City

This location is convenient to my office. Before an event at NRG stadium, I rented a room long enough to shower and change clothes. No frills rooms with a very big shower. Perfect for what I needed.

I decided to stay to get a few hrs of sleep before heading to where I was going. The rooms were clean and nice. The sheets were cleaned and the place didn't smell old and dirty. I got comfortable. The staff were really nice as well!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Owner is definitely racist. He followed me from the time I parked until I walked into the room. Asked me how many guess I had 4 times before giving me a key. He also does not give ANY paperwork. He wouldn’t even give me his name but I got his picture. Don’t go to this Motel! Ever!!!

It's not all that. It's not luxurious but it's above average. They don't offer a good lobby, they don't offer breakfast but only coffee. Location isn't the best. It's surrounded by highway and a company doing bricks and metal stuff that you can hear forklift running, metal pouding around 7 - 8 AM. It's not good for people who's there for business and needed to rest longer. You can hear cars running all day but they're not that loud. They do excellent jobs keeping rooms clean and organized though. Was expecting a nicer lobby with some breakfast in the morning. Overall it's not that bad.

Decent experience! Would recommend if you gotta rest for awhile during a long trip or have private time with your significant other.
