Crowne Plaza Virginia Beach Town Center, an IHG Hotel

This is a very nice hotel. I stayed here for work. Everyone that worked the front desk were always very friendly especially Felicia, she was a delight to talk to. Room was fairly decent with a large sized tv. However the matress looked like it had been lived in and needs to be replaced. Breakfast area was very nice. Overall a great experience.

Having stayed here on numerous occasions over the past 9 years, we were excited to experience the hotel now that the renovations were complete. ||Whilst initial impressions were rather quite good, especially how modern the room appeared, unfortunately as our stay progressed it seemed that some standards had actually fallen. ||First of all, upon opening the in-room fridge we were greeted by a puddle of water which fell out all over the floor. Luckily there was a member of housekeeping nearby who cleaned up the mess and explained that the fridges sometimes get accidentally turned off by the newer staff. ||Next to mention is the stingy level of supplies provided. The box facial tissues was only around a quarter full, and we were only provided with a half-used roll of toilet paper. ||Only 2 po

Positive: I like the location of this hotel. Negative: The hotel tacked on a maintenance fee per day of $4.00 at check out that was not disclosed. Billed to my credit card submitted for incidentals. Contacted hotel, said fee started beginning of September at that a sign was posted. I did not see any sign.

I had the most wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks to the incredible staff who made my stay unforgettable! Mrs. Ava was an absolute sweetheart—she handled our breakfast order with such warmth and grace. Her politeness and humility shone through in every interaction, and her infectious energy was off the charts! Honestly, she alone would be reason enough for me to book another stay without hesitation. Then there’s Mrs. Sierra at the front desk—she literally saved the day! I was all set to head out and grab food elsewhere, but she enthusiastically recommended the hotel’s restaurant, assuring me it was top-notch. Boy, was she right—it did not disappoint one bit! I enjoy staying at the Crowne! The staff at the Bonney road location in Virginia Beach are my folks! They were very accommodating, the whole process was very easy, and the rooms were very nice. I have to give a shout out to Miss Lisa for the quick service, as well as Mr.Nick and Ms Deena at the front desk! You all were awesome! Would recommend every time I'm in Virginia Beach! 💪🏾💯🖖🏾
