Truly wonderful experience so far. The room has been exceptionally comfortable and cozy!! exactly what you hope for when traveling. Everything is spotless, and housekeeping does a fantastic job cleaning the room each morning. It’s clear the hotel takes cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously. The bed deserves special mention lol, it’s incredibly comfortable and warm, to the point that I actually overslept because I didn’t want to get up! After long days, coming back to such a relaxing space makes all the difference. Our room is also very spacious and beautifully decorated, which made the stay feel even more luxurious and welcoming. On top of that, the guest service has been excellent. The staff are kind, professional, and quick to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even

Room was less than 2 stars. It had a very musty old carpet smell. I couldnt get the heater to emit heat & even though i pushed up the setting to 90 degrees it was still blowing cold air. It was in the low 40s at night. The fan in the system sounded like a very loud car engine or a jet about to take off. Lastly, the second day i was at Crowne Plaza there was no hot water in the shower, which made the 50 degree room even more unpleasant. The iron had black burned substance on it which left stains on my clothes. The owners of this hotel have really let their rooms get decrepit.

Positive: The beds are comfortable. Negative: I did not like the bathroom because they are not updated and didn't have all the supplies I needed. No towel to step on after getting out of the shower, no shower gel, and it looked old and not the cleanest.

I just traveled by myself with my three little girls. I can’t tell you how lovely the staff was here. We spent the night ahead of an early flight and the shuttle driver took such good care of us and made sure we were safe inside with all of our belongings. The room was clean and quiet. On our return stay they remembered us and asked about our trip to see family. They are personable and kind and the rooms are great! All the simple amenities you need with a clean bed and a clean bathroom! If you need a place to stay ahead of a flight I highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience. I stayed 4 nights and had to switch rooms three times. The first room had no hot water. The second room had no air conditioning. The third room smelled strongly like cigarettes. One of the elevators was broken, so every time you needed to go up or down 10 floors you had to wait around 10 minutes. The management team was dismissive and had a very bad attitude toward guests’ complaints. They did not take anything seriously and showed zero professionalism. I will definitely not be coming back and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Sometimes what looks cheap ends up costing you much more in the end.
