Customer Reviews
First time at the Crowne Plaza & hugely impressed.| Downtown location is superb, and the reception is perfect. April couldn't have done a finer, more professional or gracious job at check-in - she's the epitome of both efficient and welcoming. | The hotel is kept up beautifully - lobby and elevators are immaculate, and the 9th floor hallway carpet is, too. In addition, the a/c is cranked on this very warm day; many upper-tiers a few years back began leaving hallways hot in the summer as cost-saving measure. Not here: you're still treated as a valued guest, not an en entry in the expense ledger.| The room is spacious and spotless - everything inside is modern, and the feel is solid & pleasant.| A pool, a hot tub, a good gym and top-notch Housekeeping and Front Desk staff .... Positive: Great location. Great size. Clean enough Negative: Construction at the roomAbove beginning at 7:39, banging and repairs. Not the alarm clock I ever want.
Hotel is nice. The beds are comfortable and I appreciated the nice amenities and outlets in the room. Only negative part was the bathroom shower door not shutting during the shower, but it probably just needs to be fixed. Would stay here again.
Walkable distance to pretty much anywhere you’d want to go, clean & safe! (Loved that the hotel doors locked at night and could only enter with your hotel key). Service was incredible, Mr. Alex at the front desk brought all of our things up to our room, had all the recommendations for us and was so friendly. 10/10 - we will definitely be back!
We stayed here for an NFL game, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk was welcoming, valet service was smooth, and daily room service was nice—they made the beds and took the used towels each day. Our first room had a strong mold smell, but the staff quickly moved us to a different room. The second room was better, though a few things needed attention—some light bulbs were out, the TV had a blue tint so we couldn’t watch it, and the left faucet handle was leaking. One downside: many nearby restaurants closed early on Saturday night, so it was hard to find food after our long drive. Overall, the service was good, but the room issues and limited late-night options were disappointing.
