Crowne Plaza Chicago West Loop by IHG

I enjoyed the stay got a last minute reservation and it turned out great wasn’t much too stay either would stay with them again also the front desk lady very sweet.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I usually stay at the Ritz-Carlton, but my assistant accidentally booked the Crowne Plaza Chicago for a week of private equity meetings with financial firms—and I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and very convenient for all my business appointments. The staff was professional and accommodating, making sure everything ran smoothly. While I’m used to a luxury stay, the Crowne Plaza exceeded expectations in terms of service, ease, and overall experience. It turned out to be a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider it again for business trips or even a fun vacation for shopping with the family. I took an uber everywhere but in the summer I’m sure you could easily walk. It was beautiful 😌🙂🥹😍🥰 The employees were 10/10 it was wonderful.

My spouse and I were visiting downtown Chicago for a quick weekend in November 2025... attending a beer festival. We had chosen this Crowne Plaza based on its convenient location and the excellent reviews. It did not disappoint!||Our check-in process went smoothly. The front-desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room (#931) was clean and comfortable... and parking (while quite expensive) was super close and easy. Plus, our room had a balcony which was great! The only complaint we had about the room was that it, along with the bathroom, were small... but that's par for the course for hotels in the downtown area of a big city. One thing I appreciated was that the noise level at this hotel wasn't bad at all... we didn't have any difficulty sleeping.||I can't really speak to an

Great soft product. I only spent a quick overnight stay here, but all the staff was amazing. I walked in the people at the front desk greeted me. They put down whatever they were doing, got me checked in quickly, explained all the amenities and I was on my way to get a night‘s sleep. However, the hard product needs some love. This was my first and last stay here. It’s not like this is a cheap place to stay. They can at least make sure that the furniture in the room is not worn out to the point of being disgusting. The pictures I posted are of the headboard. This is beyond cleaning this is the hotel just needing to replace it. I don’t want the oil from other people’s hair, touching my hair. I was too tired to do anything about it the night I stayed there so I just slept across the bed. But

Stayed here during an overnight trip to Chicago, and enjoyed the Century located area for walking and getting around the city. It’s close to plenty of parking garages with just a few minute walk, and plenty of restaurants and businesses nearby. The front staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and they had great pillows. Large bathroom with great water, pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet at the Rye was pretty great, and I would recommend that for a convenient meal.
