Crowne Plaza Annapolis by IHG

We stayed here after another hotel did not honor our reservation. It was the best thing to happen to us. Upon arriving, the front staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They were very thorough at explaining everything. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and water hot. We opted for the breakfast buffet. It was better than we thought it would be. The only downside is they pour your coffee for you. Just leave the pot, please! lol

This is one of the best hotels we've been to! The rooms are pristine and the staff cannot be beat! So very accommodating and friendly! We stay there often because I'm currently undergoing cancer care at the Luminis hospital right down the street, so it's also very convenient! The Lodge next door is truly an excellent restaurant also. Can't say enough about the hotel! The McGrails

Loved how this hotel had direct access to the freeway. Dinner was good, and breakfast as good as well. Front desk was decently pleasant to interact with. Also got to utilize the gym which had more to use then most hotel gyms, so that was nice. Rooms were clean, and didnt smell.

Positive: Overall it was an excellent hotel! Negative: The few things that I noticed are small. In the shower there was a plastic razor holder from a previous stay they missed. There was construction on the adjacent property I would’ve liked to have been warned of.

As a travel healthcare worker, hotels become second to home. This Crowne location has been nothing short or homely. From the amazing staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms and even to the vibe. I work nights and sleep during the day and its quiet enough to catch some good sleep. I have stayed here for the past 3 months and and want to give a shout out to 3 amazing workers. Alex on night shift...he knows my voice and when I call to confirm an early check-in, he's always got me. Anya front desk is a sweet soul. She makes sure to quit down the hallways when its extremely noisy ( some cleaning work next door) to sleep. Last but not the least; Eva, she has made my stay pleasant. From her welcoming smiles to her little chit chats, to going out of her way to finding my brand new smart watch and
