Crown Choice Inn & Suites Lakeview Waterpark

To start with, I have been to this hotel many times before in the past. It seems that this place has been steadily going downhill and it keeps getting worse and worse as you can see by all the reviews. When we arrived at the hotel the office was closed with a note on the door to check in across the street at a "partner hotel" (this should've been a red flag but I was like ok, it's off season and they are short on employees). At first this didn't seem like an issue at all. After checking in we dropped our stuff off in the room real quick without even looking around or "fully" walking in and went straight to the water park with the kids since we had been on the road for several hours. We checked into our room and it was nasty. Literally the only thing done was beds were made and clean towels. We found fake finger nails, chips, dried coffee on the floor. The sinks and counter tops We not wiped down. I went to the front desk and they gave me another room. That wasn't any better. They do not sweep or mop anything. We ended up going and getting our own cleaning supplies and did it our self. The water park was pretty nice

I didn’t actually stay here but saw the way this self righteous man or should I say pig treated a woman after the hotels bathroom flooded. It was disgusting. I would absolutely not step foot in this joint. If you paid me to review it myself.!! why this Trump loving pig is able to even be there in the public eye blows my mind!!

If you love spiders, this is the hotel for you! Being so close to the water, there will be more insects and therefore more spiders, but here, the spiders are not just outside, they are inside in many of the stairwells and they're not the cute itsy bits spiders either 😐 I am not over exaggerating. The biggest issue of this hotel I believe is house keeping and maintenance. There are a lot of stains in various places from the bedspreads to yhe walls for some reason. The carpet is very dated. There doesn't seem to be vacuuming often. The aforementioned spider invasion likely wouldn't be an issue if house keeping was improved and maintenance of the windows which are likely points of entry. We got there and the rooms weren’t bad when we went to the waterpark the pools didn’t look very clean and the spray ground was freezing like you were being sprayed with a hose . The Game room didn’t have very many games, but did have a lot of spiders!!!!! also, the old breakfast room on the third floor has tons of spiders. both pools were too cold for my three year-old and 15&16 year old kids and the hot tub was too hot for the baby!
