Croix Grand Hotel

Property is rundown and need an overall improvement Advertised with continental breakfast, dont waste your time going to get it because the equipment are broken, such as, hot water section from the coffee pot is not working, yet there was plenty oatmeal at hand. I would not be upset if there was no breakfast because the hotel rate was reasonable. There were people talking outside the room. This hotel has a lot of potential if it got renovated, this would allow for better customers.

I reserved this “hotel” based on the images in Expedia. It’s unbelievable how a platform like Expedia let companies like these to scam people. I wish I have read the reviews before reserving a room for $445.50 that were wasted. I checked out quicker than it took me to check in. The front desk lady was not welcoming at all and was really rude. As soon as I drove into the parking lot, I felt the vibes. I got the keys to my room, and while opening the door, I could see the a/c unit through the window and it was dusty. I knew from there that I wouldn’t like the room. I still went it and it was really disappointing. The room was neglected and looked nasty. The beds weren’t even leveled up. I really hope this hotel gets shutdown. I’m glad I left. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Worst hotel we’ve stayed, and that saying a lot, considering we travel for work. When we arrived the placed looked nothing like the photos. We had at least 4 issues with the door locks and key cards not working. The room itself was completely gross, the floor hadn’t been cleaned and the room smelled horrible. There’s water damage all over the celling. The pool looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months… then, if we asked if it was open because it was dead bolted, the lady at the front desk said well it’s kinda swim at your own risk. The hotel also had what seem like illegal immigrants with all kinds of buses then they would all watch us from the balcony while we were swimming in the pool like creeps. Positive: The rooms were clean and it was close to everything we needed Negative: We only chose this hotel because we heard it had the best pool in town. Unfortunately the pools were closed and we?re over. Ran with algae at no point in time. Did anyone try to make us aware that the pool was not in service.

Visible bed bugs on the towels. The hotel policy is not to refund, after 15mins of checking in for unsatisfactory room. The first 15 mins are spent unloading and deciding where to eat before settling in the room.1
