The room was spacious, and there are so many food places around hotel.

This is my second time staying here for business. This weekend must have had Multiple events going on it was EXTREMELY busy. The room was clean and so was the building. The only frustrating part was parking. No where on the reservation or site does it say that there is a chance you can’t utilize valet service because there is a lot capacity. They sell rooms with valet parking included in the rate. I would advise NOT to purchase that package. We ended up having to circle and drive around for 40 minutes and found parking at another hotel for the night which was about a 10 minute walk. Not life and death however to pay 68.00 for Valet and then say it’s first come first serve is crazy. You are basically taking your car in and out the lot with no guarantee you’ll have a spot that you essentiall

Great location that provides perfect access to metro or walking. Very clean Bathrooms were fantastic size & shower water pressure/temp was 10/10. Would prefer better quality pillows or ability to request multiple as pillows were cheap/thin feeling. Overall was a great experience the neighbor hood is beautiful & staff is incredible Checked in early no issue & they held our bags on check out day until we left for our flight no issues they were perfect!

Positive: The hotel decor, cleanliness of the room and common areas, courtesy of the staff and location were all great. In addition to having a very good gym. Negative: The water in the bathtub took a long time to drain.

The location is very good. The restaurant has a good selection of dishes, but it closes too early, at 10 pm. The room service is a joke, stopping before 10 pm, so watch out if you don't want to sleep hungry. Not many places around are open until late. The hotel charges for receiving/storing packages, which I find very unwelcoming. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. But the air conditioning is incredibly noisy, and luckily, I did not need to use it. When I arrived, someone had set the temperature to 15°C, and the room was freezing. Finally, the bathroom is basic, with limited water flow, and taking a shower is a rather underwhelming experience. There is only the wall-mounted shower head, and a handheld shower was missed. Also, civilized people have at least a handheld bi
