Great customer service!, friendly and professional My room was ready to go when I arrived for an early check-in, Which means a lot when you travel! Guestroom is nice, clean & in good condition, no issues Property is clean and welcoming at lobby level & public spaces. Corridors are clean & tight. Will definitely stay again next trip to DC.

My trip was fantastic!! Location of hotel was perfect. Everything was within walking distance if you don’t mind walking. Staff was patient and very hospitable. The lady and gentleman at the bistro were interactive and stayed open late every single night to accommodate those getting last minute drinks and food. They were friendly and didn’t make you feel rushed. Housekeeping was spotless. We did have a leaky sink, but maintenance was in our room within 10 minutes and leak fixed and cleaned up. Perfect trip. Will stay here again!

Stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the stay..it was a walk to our office and other places of interest..room was cosy, neat, clean and had what was required. The only upgrade it could do is providing universal sockets given the international travellers. Quiet location. Breakfast was okay (not part of the room rate).

Staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Foggy Bottom from Friday 1/22 through Saturday 1/24/2026, we were informed upon arrival that there would be no water from 10 AM to 2 PM, Friday through Sunday, due to maintenance. This was never communicated to us in advance, nor were we given the option to cancel or choose another hotel. On top of that, there was no hot water on Friday evening. When we asked about it, the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unapologetic, repeatedly telling us that none of the guests had hot water—as if that somehow made the situation acceptable. It is unacceptable for a hotel charging nearly $500 for a two‑night stay to provide no hot water and limited water access, and then treat guests as though this is normal. Stayed here while attending a concert at Constitution Hall. 8 minute walk. Couple of issues. First I thought I paid a premium for a room with a city view. My room had a view of a courtyard. Waiting for a response from the hotel as to whether I actually paid extra for the view which I didn't receive. Second, and this is a tiny thing.But a little annoying. No coffee cups in the room. Which required a rundown to reception to ask for cups and wait while someone else was checked in. Third, checkout time was noon, and they were knocking on our door at ten fifteen. My bad I should have hung the do not disturb sign. Don't use the valet. Almost sixty dollars for parking overnight. Otherwise, nice hotel, but I expected more for the price and location. Would I stay there again? Yes. Parking off-site
