I had a heart attack in the hotel lobby last summer. The staff was incredible -- not just during the event (from what I'm told) but in the months after. They emailed multiple times to check up on me. Next time I'm in DC, I'll definitely stay here!

Check-in with Lashay was a breeze. She was very informative. Also, was clear about parking and fees unlike most places that sorta just let you findout AFTER checking in! We were locked out of our room because of the door card reader glitching. After 9 cards and 1 keyphob later we were able to get in! The gentleman at the front desk made it a priority, was persistent on getting us in 💪. John, we sorta just watched from breakfast, which was delicious, move about like a busy bee. Tackling 2 sleepovers chekcing out, an angry couple with parking issues, ppl checking in early and parking attendees rage baiting him!Hats off to him and his hospitality skills!Location perfect with or without a car. View depends on room location but nothing faces walls or a/c units! Would stay again!

Honestly, although the room was clean and comfortable and provided most of the amenities one is accustomed to, like towels, toiletries, TV, iron, etc, etc we missed the bottled water. I know it isn't much but that shows the willingness of the company to go the extra mile to please it's patrons. Furthermore, I felt a little nervous seeing a small group of youngsters hanging out of the hotel. I know they wouldn't interact with me or my family on any possible way but we're a little uncomfortable to say the least.

We met friends for dinner in DC. This hotel was in an area with many bars and restaurants easily accessible. There’s a large lobby with different seating options as well as a bar and food for sale. Our room was clean and stylish. Once you check in, you will receive directions to the parking garage. We paid $47 to park. If we return to the DC area, we will stay here again.

Positive: Location! The hotel is up one block from my job so when I work late (I live out of town), it's my go to to get a good nights sleep before heading back home. Negative: No.
