Courtyard by Marriott Sedona

This hotel is well maintained, quiet, clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fabulous and the bathroom was very big. Beds were comfortable but a bit high. The A/C in the room had issues turning on and the fan did not work, so it was quite warm to sleep. Lobby was cozy and welcoming with the fireplace going. Breakfast was just mediocre, but sufficient enough. Great location close enough to uptown or surrounding towns. The views from the balcony were stunning. The parking fee of $25/night is crazy. All in all excellent and I would stay again.

The check-in process was easy, and the front desk agent was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. My family enjoyed using the pool, and we appreciated that the towels were always available. Overall, we would stay here again if we’re in the area.

Positive: "" Negative: They charge me parking! If I am paying to stay at the hotel. I should not be charged $25 to park there. I will not be going back. Because of that. I will not give them a good rating.

We had a great stay here. Our second floor room was large and clean with a super balcony. The pool is gorgeous and the hot tub very welcome; the fire pits at night were gorgeous. There is a super area for watching the stars and a viewpoint for the red rocks. Nicholas the concierge was excellent and his advice was great. Although the hotel is outside the main town, this means that the skies and views are unbeatable. We were also very grateful for the laundry room (which you do have to pay for). The snacks at the bar were very tasty.

The staff is excellent. Nick at the front desk was very patient and helpful. The bistro staff in the morning were pleasant. The value for price paid was pretty much on point. My room faced the parking lot so we did hear some noise from the street. Expected but just a heads up if you're looking for a quieter stay. Its hotel is close to gas stations, grocery and food spots.
