Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio SeaWorld®/Westover Hills

I am taking the time to warn all the Marriott Internet reservations clientele. Marriott DOES NOT do the reservations themselves. As you click on the line it directs you to the some "3rd party website" supposedly Priceline. Priceline does not really book the reservation but another "3rd party" . If you have any issues with your reservation, you get switch back and forth from MArriott to Priceline, to "Reservation Counter". None of them help and you will be hours on the phone. My advice, look to stay in another hotel! MArriott has just name their reputation stinks, they do not honor their products.

This has been the second time stained at a Marriott and was suprised with what it had. Breakfast and dinner area. A bar with happy hour drink specials. A small area to purchase snacks or beverages. Which this location is right next to a circle K incase you wanted to walk over and get it there instead. Has a lounge area that was quite. Small business area to do your work. A fitness area, which i didn't get to take a picture of along with the pool area. Also had a banquet area for events. Room was very nice and clean. Only complaint I'd have was the bath towels felt old like sandpaper and would expect a better quality, but not a deal breaker. Forgot to add also. Parking has a fee ($10) and it's not behind a gate or anything. We did see security drive by on Saturday night and there was mobile

Great room, great location, and a very smooth check-in. Liz and Chris at the front desk were super helpful. We arrived after 4 PM and our room wasn’t quite ready, while we only had to wait about 10 minutes—they treated us with complimentary dinner and breakfast for the “inconvenience.” Our daughter loves our room, especially since it faces the pool. Customer service has been excellent—everyone is genuinely kind (maybe it’s the Christmas spirit 🎄). I was a bit concerned after reading some past negative reviews, but after being here for a short time, everything has been a great experience. We’re excited for our four-night stay!

I stay at Courtyard Marriott’s all over the country for work. They provide a cheap, convenient place to stay. This particular location however, is the only one I’ve stayed at that doesn’t clean the rooms everyday. And on my latest trip I stayed at this location for 5 days and my room was never cleaned. If you’re coming to this area I’d check out the other options in the vicinity before booking at this location.

The room itself was nice and clean, the staff were friendly and the pool was beautiful! However, we had been traveling and got in a little later than expected. The floor we were on was under construction and the workers woke us up in the morning with loud bangs, electric tools, laughing and chatting. We have a baby with us and very obviously checked in with a baby. The construction should have been disclosed so we could have made the choice to be woken up by the noise. Our little one woke up crying and was clearly scared. We were also shocked by how loud the highway was, you could hear every car going by and you could hear everyone in the hallway. No sound proofing at all.
