Throughout my stay, the property provided a welcoming atmosphere that worked equally well for productivity and relaxation. The lobby and common areas were thoughtfully arranged, offering comfortable seating and flexible spaces to simply unwind. The design reflects a clean, classic style that feels both professional and comfortable. My guest room was equally accommodating—well-appointed, functional, and designed with convenience in mind. Everything from the layout to the amenities supported a seamless stay, whether preparing for meetings or enjoying downtime. Most notably, the staff—especially the reception team—enhanced the experience by being attentive, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Their service reinforced the brand’s commitment to making each stay purposeful and comfortable. O

The entry to the properties was tricky as there are road work right out front of the main entrance. The front desk staff are friendly, the times I interacted with them. THe bar was interesting, we came down to check out the food situation, there were people waiting fo the bartender, and usually properties like this there's tons of folks belly up esp there's a bowl game nearby which drawn in alot of visitors. But the front desk person helped get our order. The food was cooked quickly, and the margarita pizza was decent. The bar does have a few kinds of liquor, wine, and beer but none on tap. Similiarly, in the morning where the coffee bar closes pretty earlier, we got there around 9-ish and she was closing up. Luckily we just needed black coffee, nothing fancy and was able to fuel up

OK, I'm going to give you a comparison because I stated the hotel next-door as well. This hotel had a very nice lobby and we paid extra for breakfast at the bistro which had limited options but the people who work the bistro were very nice. no fault of the hotels but two of the four days I was unable to go down to eat, so I missed out on the breakfast, even though I paid for it. The check-in process was good . The room itself the beds were regular. The room was clean. The water pressure was good. I had to ask for clean towels because the ones in the room had an awful smell to it. they promptly bought me clean towels. again, no fault of the hotels but someone stayed next to us for two days who was talking loud playing music up to 3 o'clock in the morning and it seemed like the walls were pa

The hotel was easy to find. The lobby and restaurant appeared to have been updated recently. The pool and firepit area were very nice. When we asked to turn on the firepit we were told only maintenance could turn it on and they were not there at that time (8 PM). There is currently no bar or lunch/dinner eating options, and breakfast is a limited menu that is not complimentary. The rooms are dated but clean for the most part. The staff was polite and nice when asked for additional towels and room supplies. We did Uber to the Riverwalk. We were told by the front desk it was a mile and about a 20 minute walk.

The staff was amazing! The overnight shift ( female) on 2/10 was very accommodating upon my check-in! The lady assisting Starbucks in the morning was super kind and friendly, and Olivia at the Front Desk was over the top in assisting with a personal issue I had. I am very grateful and happy with the service I received, especially as a single female traveling by herself.
