I really wanted to love this stay because the location is great and the front desk staff—especially Chad—were incredibly kind and welcoming. The fire pit and bar area (open until 10 PM) provide a nice atmosphere, even if the food is just 'okay.' However, the room quality was a major letdown. My bathroom lights didn't work upon arrival. After waiting two hours for maintenance, I was told the hotel was full and I couldn't move—and no offer was made to relocate me to a nearby Marriott. Later, I discovered the bedside outlets were broken. When I moved the nightstands to check the plugs, I found thick dust and hair. Despite requesting housekeeping and an outlet fix the next morning, nothing was touched by the time I returned. As a Bonvoy member, paying full price for a 'barely operable' room wi

If you are looking for a Marriott hotel that will not service your room during your entire stay, then this is the hotel for you. We stayed here during Thanksgiving week — checked in on Tuesday and checking out on Friday (I’m writing this review on Thursday). On Wednesday around 1:30 PM, I went to the front desk and asked if housekeeping could service our room since we were heading out. The lady at the front desk called housekeeping while I stood there, and before I left she added, “Oh, by the way, there’s no housekeeping tomorrow because it’s Thanksgiving.” I told her that’s ok and that why it’s important to have our room serviced that day. We returned to our rooms around midnight (now Thursday), only to find they had not been serviced at all. For context, we had two connecting rooms bec

We stayed here for one night so we could take an early morning shuttle to the airport. The young man who checked us in was smiling, friendly, and helpful but there was another person at the desk - a woman who appeared to be a housekeeping manager? - that made check in more confusing and chaotic than it needed to be. She kept interrupting the check in process with worries about which rooms were available. Anyway, once that was taken care of, we had a nice enough room that was clean, had a comfortable bed and an ok shower. However, the room was supplied with only enough for one person - one coffee packet, one glass, and so on. The early morning registration employee was very nice and checked to make sure our shuttle would arrive when we needed (4:00 am). Indeed, the shuttle arrived and moved

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Marriott. My room was fabulous. The modern design was beautiful. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable making for a very pleasant sleeping experience and creating difficulty in desiring to get out of bed the next morning. Everything was very clean. Although the location created a 20 minute daily commute for me, it was well worth it. I do intend to stay at this particular Courtyard upon my next stay. Please keep up the great work!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Travis in the kitchen at Courtyard Brier Creek. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely interactive with hotel residents. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and enjoys making people feel welcome. His positive attitude and friendliness really stood out and made the experience that much better. Travis is truly an asset to the hotel and its guests.
