Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh Crabtree Valley

There was a BUG IN THE BED!! I had to change hotels in the middle of the night exhausted, The Hilton next door is much better. Amenities in this hotel look fine but the rooms are way lower quality. DO NOT BOOK HERE

The hotel itself was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Everyone I saw. I had a smile on their face. I will definitely come back when we visit this area again.

If you just need somewhere reasonably clean to stay the night, this hotel is fine. But it lacks basics and is lower quality than a typical Marriott.

Broken lamp, like visibly in pieces. Front desk staff was in bar, sitting with patrons while we waited more than once. She was very nice and efficient once she noticed us, but not a professional experience. Room was outdated, saggy bed. Large fans in hallway, obvious moisture issue. Just gross for what I paid. I won't stay there again.

The Marriott at Crabtree in Raleigh, NC has outstanding Customer Service and is always accommodating when our company request reservations in advance or last minute. Michael Richardson is always prompt, courteous and great personality. I can always count on him and the Marriott employees to make my class attendees stay comfortable!! Thank you for all you guys do!!
