Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh Cary

Our family stayed two nights at this hotel, and besides being conveniently located to good dining and a Starbucks, the hotel was very clean, nicely decorated, and well staffed with helpful and friendly people. The lobby/food/bar area was very inviting, with little conversation areas, and a fireplace. A special shout-out to the person who checked us in, Toni, who not only honored our upgrade request, but arranged for our two rooms to be adjoining so that our family could really share each other‘s company easily and well. We are very grateful to her and to all of the staff, for a wonderful stay. We are Marriott Titanium.

A very nice hotel with clean rooms and helpful front desk staff. There were not many places to eat nearby but if you had a vehicle this wouldn't be an issue.

My family and friends stayed here for my sister’s wedding weekend. Friendly, warm, professional staff — morning, afternoon, and evening staff were all exceptional. Rooms were clean and hotel is quaint and cozy. I also felt safe coming in and out after dark. Breakfast was fresh, hot, and delicious! Starbucks on site. I would stay again and again! Also, Angelina at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Thank you!

Convenient location, comfortable beds and fast check-in. However I was not pleased with the fact that the housekeeping woke us up at 10:30 am and then again at 11:30 am to make sure we were awake for checkout. We had a long night out and wanted to sleep in a little and it was very irritating to not be able to sleep in without someone constantly knocking. We felt that she was being very pushy to get us out of there as she was even waiting outside our door at 11:55 when we walked out the room for checkout.

I came here for a wedding and to start off, when we walked into our room it smelt like straight up cigarettes. Then we noticed for a bottle of water in the room it was 5 dollars. Our fridge did not work the entire trip. The pillows in the room? Atrocious, lumpy and flat. Now here’s where they really lost me. There was a snow storm on our returning flight and we had to book another night, my brother paid for it and told us to go down stairs for a new key because apparently we needed a new one. The Asian woman at the front desk had an attitude and made it seem like the transaction did go through when we had numerous amounts of proof it did. She ended up giving us our new key and when we upstairs they didn’t work so we had to go back down to get new ones again. Then after that we went to bed
