Courtyard by Marriott Pensacola

As a frequent Marriott guest, I can say this property stands out as one of the best in the portfolio. I chose this location for a team meeting due to its convenience, but the service kept us impressed all week. The rooms were spotless and fully functional, and the Bistro team provided excellent, friendly service. A special thank you to Elaine, who was a pleasure to work with; she handled our conference room booking and logistics with total professionalism. Ending our nights by the large outdoor firepit was the perfect way for the team to unwind. Highly recommended for any travelers or professional gathering.

We checked in late and found the room to be very nice and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that the hallway on the second floor was extremely cold as if they had not turned the heat on at all and it was in the 30s outside. Other than that, it was very nice and I would definitely stay there again.

As a long standing Titanium member I would have to say this Marriott was towards the bottom. Room smelled like a high school gym locker and since this location was bought out 3 years ago they started charging 10.00 to park. When did we start charging titanium members to park? Needless to say don’t stay here. There are much better options close by.

The room was nice. However, they overcharged my card. You can't speak to a human to resolve the issue. Also the shower was filthy. It had hair in it and was visibly very dirty. When they give you the price make sure you get details. My room was $139+tax which is about $154@ 10%tax. I also bought a TV dinner was right at $9. That comes to around $163.00. However,they charged me $180.00 and haven't given me a receipt.

Overall a decent suite and nice amenities in the room. Wish I could of stayed more then one night. When back in town on business, will definitely stay here again.
