This was a ni e hotel that has been previously renovated or so it appears. It could use some updates and maintenance but overall a nice hotel. The. Checkin was quick and the girl that helped us was super nice. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was soft and comfy. I did have e one big issue, the next morning I had just got out of the shower and was in the bed area getting dressed when the door opened, luckily I had the safety lock on and it stopped the door but a hand came in trying to flip the lock. I yelled at them and they immediately closed it and apologized. I then heard them know on the door adjacent to ours and then back to ours but knocking this time. I had to have my girlfriend answer it due to me being unclothed. He apologized again and said that the room showed on their recor

We had a great stay overall. Destiny at the front desk checked us in and was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The manager, Michael, was easy to work with and very accommodating, which made coordinating for our soccer team smooth and stress-free. The three ladies who served breakfast our first morning were incredibly sweet and kind. Our entire soccer team was satisfied with the stay. While the hotel could use some cosmetic updates, it was still comfortable and met our needs. We appreciate the hospitality and would consider staying again.

Hôtel room was clean. Bathroom has damaged tiles, shower curtain is too high. Shower was excellent however. Lobby furniture is mundane and slightly soiled. Night staff is big complaint, first night just couldn’t find them, second night they turned up the lobby music. I heard it the entire night, very poor sleep. At 0600 I got dressed, found the front desk person and told him. He said he’d tell his manager. It’s now 0715 and the lobby music is so loud I couldn’t listen to anything on my phone, can hear it clearly in second floor room and when directly under a speaker could use some hearing protection. We won’t use this hotel again.

Potholes in the driveway so be careful when pulling in. The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Was informed that the bistro and swimming pool were closed due to the pandemic so no swimming or breakfast but you could purchase breakfast items to reheat in your room. Sheet and blanket were super thin and short for tall people like me and my husband. All in all the stay was average but every else was excellent. I don't know if I would recommend this hotel to my friends or family but I feel like this is a fair enough review.

I have been a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member for over 20 years and, until recently, have stayed almost exclusively at Marriott-branded hotels. In that time, I’ve only had two truly bad experiences. The first was years ago at an Aloft in Phoenix, which I chalked up as an isolated incident. Unfortunately, my recent stay at the Courtyard in Oklahoma City was far worse—and impossible to overlook. While the staff was consistently polite and professional, the condition of the hotel itself was unacceptable. Our initial room showed clear signs of neglect, including visible water stains on the walls and a bathroom that was not properly cleaned. The bathtub was heavily stained and appeared damaged, the bathroom floor was sticky, and there was a pink residue on the floor that raised serious cleanlines
