Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans French Quarter/Iberville

I was really happy with my stay here. The price was very affordable. We loved how large our room was (we loved that it was a suite with a separate bedroom/living area). The snack area was nice to have, as was the restaurant. A huge plus was that the hotel was connected to the Ritz Carlton; we were in town for a convention at the Ritz, and it was a huge bonus that we could go back and forth without having to walk outside. We felt that the hotel was very well-decorated, and really liked the color schemes. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The heating unit worked well. We also had great experience with all of the staff members we interacted with. The location was perfect, too - walking distance from tons of great restaurants and Jackson Square! Great location in the French Quarter, about a block or two from Bourbon street, across the street from Deanie’s Seafood. 1 block behind Canal street. The lobby is beautiful and smells so nice. The valet team was very friendly as were the front desk staff (sorry I didn’t get names, but we stayed November 5-10). The rooms are remodeled with nice wood/laminate floors (no carpet in the rooms). We booked the 2 king suite as a group of friends and it was perfect, very modern and spacious. Beds were comfortable, and e all slept great!!! Only 1 bathroom, but it was spacious with all necessary amenities. There’s a refrigerator in the room. There was also a community microwave on the floor located near the ice machine! We had such a pleasant stay at the Courtyard by Marriott French Quarter. Our room and bathroom were big enough with lots of room to move around. The room was cleaned quickly and thoroughly daily. The location is great, walking distance from anywhere in the French Quarter but tucked along a quiet street. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and gracious the whole time. One night I had a big fall on Bourbon Street (I’m sure they happens quite a bit) that I didn’t realize cut me pretty deep until I was back at the hotel. I called the front desk at 1am to see if they had bandaids/first aid equipment and they brought up some bandaids and alcohol wipes within a few minutes. That was a nice gesture and so convenient, I was prepared to change again to run to a CVS nearby but they saved me th

My apologies, I forgot the name of the lady that checked us in. One of the most accommodating front desk experience I've had. I'd like to add when I asked during check-in for extra towels, housekeeping beat me to the room with providing the accommodation! Every staff was nice and welcoming that includes the valet staff as well. PS: The noise level from the Party folks of celebrating the New Year to the Sugar Bowl folks was amazing!
