Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt/West End

Everything was great. Room was clean and the workers were really nice. They are renovating one of the elevators, so there is only one operational. There are couple good restaurants near by, and there is a dollars general express just two blocks away. Very convenient.

We spent three nights here during snow and ice storm so we could be close to a new grandbaby in the NICU/hospital. The location was great! Our rooms were clean. The staff were amazing especially Emily who helped me to navigate pushing a very full cart all the way to my room! The staff was also friendly and genuinely interested in how the baby was doing, asking to see pictures each day when we got back. We didn’t get to eat in the Bistro because it was packed but they were communicating very well and trying to provide or serve as much or many as they could with so many displaced due to weather. Overall it was a great experience. Paying to park was a little steep but overall again it was a great experience during a difficult time. Thank you!

This hotel was perfect! The location was great (only about 30 minute walk from DT Broadway). The staff was very friendly and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE! Water pressure could have been better, but it was ok. The restaurant in the lobby was so cute and the food/Starbucks were great. Everything was very clean, and modern looking. The front desk even let my Shipt order get delivered to the front desk while I was out exploring. I would most definitely stay here again when I go to Nashville.

Milton is the best chef ever, his hospitality is amazing. This is the third or fourth time I’ve stayed here, and he always brings excellence. Joy, the bartender, I just met today but she is amazing as well. Great customer service all around.

I had a great stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was because of Emily. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She went out of her way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable, answered all my questions, and made me feel valued as a guest. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the experience even better. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but Emily’s service is what truly made this stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again and hope to be helped by her next time.
