Customer Reviews
I had an incredible stay at the Courtyard in Nashville thanks to Mason, Jacob, and Maverick. These three went above and beyond in every possible way. Their professionalism, warm personalities, and genuine willingness to help made me feel truly taken care of from the moment I arrived.||Mason was exceptionally attentive and made check-in smooth and welcoming. Jacob assisted me with anything I needed throughout my stay and did it with a great attitude. Maverick showed outstanding hospitality and ensured everything was perfect during my time at the hotel.||Courtyard Nashville is lucky to have such dedicated team members. Because of them, I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
Positive: Location can't be beat. Wifi was free & fast. Room was clean. Negative: Had to be moved after the first night. First room was in the dungeonous, dark, dreary and accessible with the bed pretty much sitting on the floor. Was moved to a much nicer room after contacting the front desk.
First room I got had a leaking pipe so the carpet was soaked. Eventually got moved to a different room which was fine. After checking my charges, realized I was billed at a different rate than my confirmation showed. Went downstairs in the morning and the front desk staff were extremely helpful in getting it all corrected and amended. Appreciate how they handled the billing issue, but the initial room situation wasn’t ideal. Ideal location downtown nonetheless
Stayed here for a couple days with my husband for a quick getaway trip. Staff was great. Silas with valet was so kind and friendly. He chatted with us while we waited for our car. He asked us about our stay and if we were enjoying our time. +1 service!
I stayed here for three days. Room was large and location is great. Staff seem nice and I was able to do laundry. But I had two major issues. The valet is really expensive, with fee and taxes is over US$70 per day. The other issue is my room was extremely hot, over 80 degrees Fahrenheit. You can’t open windows either. I complained and they fixed it but the fix only lasted a few hours. So I complained again and they offered a fan. What good is a fan that just blows hot air around. I eventually got to move rooms. But seems like a lot of people were in the same situation. In the morning of the second day, all elevators were down and we had to use the stairs. I don’t know why the elevators had issues. With all of these problems, all I was offered was a few thousand extra Bonvoy points, which
