Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Airport

We have been traveling from Iowa down to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and we had made a reservation Tuesday at this hotel when we were awaiting our flight back to Iowa. When we first arrived we were greeted by a very nice person at the front desk and she got us checked in quickly and we got to our rooms only to discover that the rooms were much smaller than we had been told and we were actually supposed to be in a suite and not just in a standard. We were all very tired from traveling and we were coming to the end of our vacation so we just sucked it up and stayed in those rooms. We are not aware prior to going there that parking was not included as part of staying at that hotel which would have been nice to know it was not posted anywhere that I could see even now when I went back and l

I stayed for 5 days and have few complaints . The rooms are really nice and service was great. There is a nice fitness center and more than enough space to chill in the lobby. The only thing I didn’t love was the breakfast. For something that is not included in the room price I would have liked it to be a little better. But that was not significant enough to justify 4 stars All in all I had a nice experience.

I loved this hotel! Clean, great staff, great service, what more could you ask for. I would stay here again for sure. Parking was gated and secure. Lobby was a beautiful place to sit and do things. Pool looked great. they had outdoor fire pits and it was clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Starbucks coffee shop downstairs was an added bonus. We were worried about 4 people and one bathroom, but the fact that the sink was separate from the shower/toilet was really helpful. Our room also had a mini fridge, microwave and one-cup coffee maker. The elevator was quick and efficient. The view was nice and getting to the hotel was easy. We couldn't hear any noise from the other rooms as well. The pool and fire pit area looked very nice. Overall excellent service.

I arrived at the hotel before checkout, and Melanie was incredibly helpful in speeding up the process for me. She was kind, professional, and a true perseverer in her work. She was so lovely while assisting me and made my stay exponentially better. I also had the pleasure of being assisted by Allan this morning. He was very efficient and helped make my morning a great start. Additionally, the hotel rooms were nice and clean.
