Courtyard by Marriott Milwaukee Airport

I had a wonderful stay, and one of the highlights was the atmosphere and staff, especially Kelly, the bartender in the courtyard. Her energy, engagement, and genuine love for her job truly brightened my day. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who clearly cares about what they do, and that positive attitude made the entire experience even better. Little moments like that are what turn a good stay into a great one. I would absolutely stay here again.

Positive: "" Negative: Toilets ran all night and continued to get stopped up. Had to change rooms. Tv didn’t work. The food was basic. Out of everything a few times. Shuttle service a mess.Fire alarms kept going off. A few staff were helpful. Overall, very disappointed.

Customer service at this property isn’t up to par with Marriott standards. I had booked a pre paid room for one night through Bonvoy as our flight was scheduled to land very late in MKE and we weren’t going to be able to pick up our rental car until the morning. Typically we stay at another property by the airport but wanted to give this property a try. Due to weather the airport in AZ (where I live) was closed and both incoming and outgoing flight were cancelled. I called to speak with the front desk and they cancelled the reservation however couldn’t help with a refund so she said she would leave a message for the manager to call me. I never got a call so I called back a few days later and I was told the manager was out till Wednesday, so I was transferred to her voicemail. On Thursday I

It was a Great stay- especially coming home on 29th of November. We coming back from Miami and due to snowstorm - flights delayed and cancelled - so it put us back by 2 hours- I cancelled at one point because we told the cancelled our flight but then we made it- so called em back and requested our room again- the worked with us Great! They sent an Uber at 2:30 AM and we got some sleep - room very comfy and nice- Great place!!

There wasn't anything particularly wrong with this Courtyard. I would say it had what I'm used to from a Courtyard. There were just a lot of little things not quite right.||Let me start by saying that the staff was very friendly.||Here are some observations in no particular order ...||The pool was closed the entire week I was there. I read in a review somewhere else that guests observed that on or before July 14 and were disappointed as they had planned for their children to go there. It is a small pool but still. Maybe the hotel needs to send out a heads up to people. I mean I received tons of unnecessary emails about my stay already. ||The entire week the wipes in the gym were empty.
