Courtyard by Marriott Las Vegas Henderson/Green Valley

Good for a One-Night Stay! This Courtyard is an older Marriott property that has recently undergone a facelift. The rooms are on the smaller side but ergonomically laid out to give you the feel of more space. The room has some modern conveniences but still has that older feel. My room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the wifi signal was great, and if you are a gold or higher BonVoy Member, you can get the enhanced wifi free. The bathrooms have the toilet and bathtub separate from the sink, which is on the outside of the bathroom. There is no ventilation, aside from a hole in the wall, which is indicative of an older hotel. If you have one of these rooms, you will have to leave the bathroom door open after you shower. This review has been delayed given we were never sent a survey from Marriott to comment on the experience (in all likelihood the hotel deleted our email from the folio to prevent it from happening).||||We got into town a day earlier than expected for our wedding and selected this hotel for the additional night. As a hotel manager myself, I am very familiar with locking procedures on not only guest rooms, but the perimeter doors as well. There were no working security cameras at any point of entry nor a safe in our room. Nothing was secure about our stay.||||Our room was robbed shortly after we had gone out for the evening, and our wedding rings were among the things stolen. I love this hotel! But what I don’t love is the ugly rude attitude Erica at the front desk gives both in person and over the phone. This isn’t the first time either. Ive been staying at this location for a year now because it’s so convenient as a flight attendant! I always recommend it to my co workers and friends. The rooms are always clean and fresh smelling and the shuttle drivers are always so professional and kind. This is the second time I’ve encountered Erica and her rude attitude. She needs a new job. She’s clearly miserable at this one. She’s not Marriott standard at all nor does she seem to want to be!

I had a GREAT stay. Front desk staff Gabby was very professional and kind the morning of check out. It made me feel special when she offered me a coffee. First impressions are EVERYTHING to me. I will definitely be back simple because of how the rooms was nice Gabby made me feel special. Thanks Courtyard and see you soon.
