Courtyard by Marriott Houston Pearland

I had a adjoining rooms with my son and at 8:30 the housekeeper opened the doors with her key to start cleaning. I've read complaints about this before and would have thought this was resolved. The housekeeping supervisor is at fault at this point for not "supervising" his staff. A false hotel apology is not what's needed. A hospitality service should be hospitable. Shame on Marriott, this hotel should not bear the brand. I frequent Pearland but will not come back to this hotel. ||The absurd management response " I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations response" that follows negative hotel customer reviews is a joke. Especially when the same complaint is reiterated about a single hotel. Don't stay here if you don't want a housekeeping "wake-up" call so you will leave earlier an

Don't stay here if you need an ADA room. My mother stayed in here and it should NOT count as an ADA room at all. It was on the 4th floor so in an emergency she would be stranded. The bathtub had a high lip instead of a walk in shower so she couldn't use it. The sink is at normal level instead of shorter and the bed is too high. The room barley covers a wheelchair being able to move around in it. Don't stay here!

Positive: The location and the parking was easy and navigated and easy to get in and out of the hotel, especially in such a busy business center Negative: The hotel is overpriced for what it offers the lack of coffee and coffee essentials in the room that were cheap. didn’t have enough towels. That towels were very used and rough, hot water was an issue and the plug ins are attached to switch’s

The room had a very pungent smell too it and the water never got hot but, was luke- warm. Had to request to be moved due to smell and lack of hot water. I have had several stays at this location but, this one was not a very pleasant stay. I am not sure I choose this location in the future. It may e a one off but for the rate, this should not be the case ever at this location.

I travel for work. I've stayed in numerous locations stemming from your traditional bed & breakfast to your suites. Needless to say not all locations are going to be a taj mahal, however, one has to give credit where credit is due. For those in the professional world, the understanding of leadership combined with employee(s) performance, leads to excellence. During my stay, I have been treated extremely well, courteously and professionally.
