Best Western Pearland Inn

Room was clean and spacious. Besides are comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. This location is right next to a Walmart, which didn't add to mouse but did add to convenience. Breakfast is free and they have decent options. You can actually have oatmeal and fruit after the 9am cutoff time, if you're a late sleeper and coffee is always available in the lobby. |I stay here any time I'm in Pearland because the price is reasonable and the convenience is unmatched. The staff is so welcoming and courteous, as well.

I literally can’t breathe in this hotel. I was not able to get a refund because I booked third-party but if you have allergies, can’t breath around Mold or dust this is 100% NOT the hotel for you. The rooms smell like literal caskets. Old dead stale air. I would not recommend. This could be harmful to someone’s health if they have a sensitivity like myself actually. I think the staff is nice, but I think that maybe they are understaffed for the cleaning Because the rooms are literally dusty and old and smell very very bad I mean and unstable older. I don’t know how anyone could not smell it. They have old moldy carpet and you can smell. Positive: The front desk staff was nice Negative: I was not able to stay in the room due to the horrific smell of marijuana. The smell was unbearable. There were no other rooms available and I couldn’t book another room.

The staff in the evening and over night were great. The evening employee S was the best, she went out of her way to insure we had everything needed and the Over night staff, helped insure we had breakfast for our early meeting.|The room were amazing, smelled so clean and were in every way.|Beds were super comfy, stayed at a difrent BW+ the night before and slept on bricks, my wife was not happy with me, nor one of my kids lol

This place was clean! The rooms and the grounds too! Nice, well-maintained, relaxing pool area with beautiful plants. Parking lot was well lit and friendly staff, too.
