Courtyard by Marriott Houston Intercontinental Airport

Outstanding stay at the Courtyard Marriott Houston Intercontinental Airport. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and made check-in quick and easy after a long day of travel. The room was quiet, comfortable, and exactly what you want when staying near an airport—great bed, strong AC, and zero noise issues. The location is super convenient to IAH, and the shuttle service was efficient and reliable. Overall, a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great place to go to for an overnight for the airport. Staff was fantastic. The shuttle service was great. The only issue we had was the room reeked of urine. Cleaning staff should have caught that and had the room taken care of.

Due to delayed flight, our check-in was very late, to be welcomed in by "Ben's Smile" he made it smooth, quick & easy so we could get to our room for rest, he also wasted no time informing us with the issue through TSA he helped with a time frame that was best to check-out & head to the airport the following day. Next day we came across Mz Paula such a beautiful spirit, a warm person who lights up the room, she also went out of her way to help us out with info for a last minute shopping spree before our 14hr flight home These sort encounters with Ben & Paula are the definition what real customer service looks like, they are both genuine people who CARE, the Golden Rule "Treat people the way you want to be Treated" they both put us in such a good mood we would stay here again and recommend

I’m staying at this hotel for a 7-day work trip and am more than halfway through my stay. For the past three days, I have had no hot water and almost no water pressure. My coworker staying here is experiencing the same issues as well. When I called the front desk, I was told it might be because “too many people are showering,” even though this has been an ongoing problem. I was then told there was nothing they could do except leave a note for maintenance and the current maintenance staff doesn’t even have access to the boiler. It’s unfortunate because the location is great, the rooms are otherwise nice and they have a small bar/restaurant area plus Starbucks coffee. However, basic necessities like hot water should not be an unresolved issue for days. Edit: They also walked in my room th
