Courtyard by Marriott Hampton Coliseum Central

I stayed here for 10 days for Business. Everything about the experience was top notch. The food at the restaurant and the accommodations I received from Parithorn and Will at the front desk(also top notch). My room was clean and shower pressure and heat were good. I will stay at this hotel again.

Very friendly staff although they need a lot more help in "The Bistro", very inconsistent availability. The hotel should really offer complimentary coffee, it was $10 for two mediocre coffees. It was the 1st hotel I have stayed at in years without complimentary coffee. The whole hotel could use some updating and fix the shower water pressure!

This Marriott basically just put their sign up at an old Comfort or Quality or Econolodge, etc. I think you get my drift. VERY disappointed that I wasted 27,000(!!!) points on this crappy place. Clearly Marriott does not take pride in their brand. If I have to scour through reviews before booking a place, that's not where I'm staying. If Marriott doesn't get it together, I'm switching brands. I'm tired of it.

We've stayed at this hotel 2 years in a row now for a local convention. It's a really convenient location; I can walk to and from the con center if I don't want to worry about parking. Denise at the front desk was very courteous in assisting my husband and myself at check-in. I appreciate that check-out isn't until noon as well.

Positive: The hotel is located close to my daughters school Negative: The room was not ready at 3:pm as expected I returned 2 times to the hotel and by 4:20pm the room not ready . The room was not cleaned properly. Bathroom floors dirty , 1 set of towels for 3 people . Not happy at all .
