Courtyard by Marriott Greensboro Airport

This hotel is clean, nice and convenient. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The Supervisor John was exceptionally nice. He offered me food, made sure I had hot water and genuinely cared. He is one of the best hotel Supervisors I’ve ever met. There are no coffee options other than Starbucks so if you’re not a fan of Starbucks, you’re out of luck. The clerk at the Starbucks (I think her name was Galot) was extremely rude, grumpy, unpleasant and not informative. I was not greeted when I walked up and had to say good morning twice to even get acknowledged. She reluctantly answered my questions and with an attitude. No one with this attitude should be the first person you deal with in the morning at a hotel

This is a bit delayed, but I wanted to share our experience at the Marriott Courtyard Greensboro Airport. We were there for my dad's 90th and our stay couldn't have been more pleasant. The manager was able to arrange for my daughter's room to be adjoining to ours, even though the reservations were separate originally. The staff at the restaurant was super accomodating especially Colette who made mornings with all the grandkids super fun and easy. She was super helpful, kind and funny. Coming home from our mom and dad's house to a nice cocktail at the bar was great and allowed us to chat into the evening. All in all a great place to stay, will definitely be going back!!

I have been traveling regularly over many years, and rarely does a hotel exceed my expectations the way the Greensboro Courtyard Marriott did. The grounds are nice, and the building is modern with nice decor and very well kept. The staff was always available and extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Even the other guests at the hotel were super nice and friendly! I also loved that I could log into my Netflix account on the TV and watch shows!!! There was a station by the front desk for printing boarding passes and a business center too. We needed 2 rooms for our 4 family members and really appreciated having adjoining rooms with a door in between. Checking in was fine, guy let me know about the 20 dollar deposit and I paid using priceline. The room was decent but smelled of lingering smoke or like a black n mild when we initially entered. I told front desk and they were supposed to write a note about it. I brought my wax warmer to get rid of the smell.. so not only this but these rooms do NOT include a microwave?! Or an actual mini fridge/freezer instead its just half a mini fridge that works poorly And why are the tvs literally old 36 inchs? Only thing good was the bed was beyond comfy AND the shower felt good and THANK YALL -THEY PROVIDE MANY TOWELS 🙌 BIGGEST ISSUE.. We LEFT/CHECKED OUT AT 9am waaaay before checkout yet they not only kept my $20 deposit but they charged my card an additional $149?!?! FOR WHAT?! Now im in the neg a

I had such a pleasant experience during my stay, and I have to say that Mrs. Tracy was the cherry on top. She was incredibly personable and friendly while still being completely professional. Her warmth and genuine hospitality made the entire visit even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.
