Courtyard by Marriott Detroit Downtown

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Courtyard Marriott in downtown Detroit. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, and our room was spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well cared for, which made it easy to unwind after a full day out in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in through check-out, always professional and welcoming. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and organized. The location was also a big plus—convenient to downtown attractions, dining, and getting around Detroit without hassle. Overall, this was a reliable and comfortable stay, and we would absolutely choose this hotel again when visiting Detroit.

For a budget friendly option, this Courtyard really very nice. Rooms are fairly recently updated and very, very clean. The lobby is also clean and comfortable. But it's the people that make it such a wonderful place. Everyone from the valets at the front door to front desk staff to the cleaning crew were friendly, warm, helpful, and attentive. Special shot-out to Richard at the front desk who had a great sense of humor and hooked us up with a stunning view and an ultra-quiet room. The location is walkable to many tourist attractions (sports parks, theaters, etc) and easy to find coming off the freeway.

Hotel overall is great would recommend. Has nice view of downtown as well as the river with bridge view. Best of both worlds. walkable to downtown and river walk. Very convenient. Adequate amenities with pool , lounge , rooftop and gym. Hotel is very clean and recently renovated.

Unbelievable experience from start to finish. beautiful location, exceptional customer service, very hospitable and most importantly felt safe and secure. If you're looking for a hotel downtown Detroit look no further perfect view of the river can see over to Canada, incredible pool and workout area just not enough good things to say about this hotel. Very high-end experience and it's tied straight in to the people mover so you don't have to worry about moving around the city. I'm telling all my friends and family about it, please check it out.

I had an amazing stay from start to finish. Richard checked me in and was so helpful and pleasant. He really made me feel welcome. He provided great instructions for how the elevators work with the keys. He informed me that the property had recently undergone renovations. It was my first time staying at this particular location but it definitely will not be my last. The room was amazing and spacious. It was an updated room that looked and felt amazing. The bathroom decor was great! Awesome lighting throughout including the bathroom, updated showers, and several plugs for devices that allowed for brick chargers, or USB A. The view was also amazing. I was on the 19th floor. I was able to see the Detroit River and some of Canada. I really loved it. I'm already looking to book another night t
