Courtyard by Marriott Colorado Springs North/Air Force Academy

A perfect hotel for our Special Olympics weekend. We got two rooms and even though they weren’t adjoining the front desk made sure they were across from each other. The pullout couch was really comfortable. Very clean and quiet. Nice shower. Couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms, and in a great location to walk to restaurants and a quick drive to other eateries and stores. Super close to the USAF Academy. We’d go back.

Very friendly and pleasant check in service. Room clean and well maintained. However, the bed is 6 months past life! Incredibly uncomfortable - rolling in the middle. And the thermostat wasn't working properly. Temp set at 66 but it was oppressively HOT in the middle of the night. When we told the front desk, we were told that the bed was fine and the room was "cool" when the engineer looked at it. They said they fixed it. Offered for us to change rooms, but w/the thermostat being "fixed", we opted to stay. I asked for a complimentary bottle of water, to which they said that I only got one (for my husband and I) at check in. We are a higher level reward member. The 2nd night, we learned that the thermostat hadn't been fixed and it was, again, ridiculously HOT. We turned off the thermostat

Clean room. Great location...right off I25 and several restaurants nearby. Had a room facing west to be able to see a beautiful Colorado sunset. The heater in our room didn't come on until we were in bed...and it was LOUD...definitely in need of maintenance. After it ran for about 20 minutes, I adjusted the thermostat so it would turn off so we could sleep! My husband mentioned the issue to the front desk employee (sorry, didn't get his name) when we checked out and he made it right by offering a discount or extra points. Thank you!

Had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and facility was very neat and clean. Location is very ideal as there many restaurants, a brewery, movie theater, and fun center all within walking distance. Definitely will be staying at the hotel again!

The hotel is beautiful and clean. There isn't a continental breakfast. They do have a place to order breakfast in lobby and the breakfast was fresh and very good. They have outdoor seating with a fire pit overlooking the mountains.Free parking, lots of entertainment within walking distance. Restaurants, main event and even a theater all within walking distance. No pool though. We will definitely be booking this hotel again in the future.
