Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile

Mixed review. Front desk staff were efficient and friendly. Copper Fox provided outstanding breakfast food. The location is great and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately, the facilities are not up to Marriott standards. Basic rooms, small, not particularly clean. There were no complimentary waters and the staff did not clean during the stay. It was exceedingly noisy all night from the city but from numerous undetermined sounds--perhaps elevators and construction nearby. Will not stay here again with so many options in the city.

Great location and they offered a good discount when I was booking. Room is exactly as they appear on google. Best price for a hotel in this location as far as I can find. Also not too far from the red line and other public transportation, though it was a little cold in the winter. Not a lot of in room amenities (no water, hair dryer, kettle, bar). Simple and offers a fridge and shower products. Would totally return for the price I paid.

Wonderful hotel. Our room was so quiet!! Beds comfortable. We needed more towels and they brought them right up. Restaurant was very good. Just VERY slow for breakfast! Waited 20 minutes for a table and 45 min for our food. Loved the location. I would stay on Michigan Ave. if the price was right though. Starbucks was cute and got our orders right each time.

If you want to book a hotel for visa related business this hotel is in the best location. The bed is comfortable and room is pretty big for one or two persons.

Our visit to Chicago's Courtyard by Marriott has been very nice. I loved how close it is to the Magnificent Mile. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. I really liked hanging in the lobby. Overall it was a great stay
