Courtyard by Marriott Chattanooga Downtown

Overall good experience, staff was very nice Vee at the front desk was especially kind and made sure I knew my way around the hotel, and always said hi when she saw me. I really appreciate how courteous everyone was. Great location and great rooms, my only complaint is that the shower could have used more TLC cleaning-wise but the rest of the room was immaculate. Felt like I could have been stepping into a brand-new room. Definitely will be staying here next time I'm in town.

This is a wonderful hotel, great restaurant & kind staff. We loved our room, it was cozy & well appointed. It was wonderful to eat a meal without leaving the hotel. We requested a late check out due to attending a graduation at the convention center. There were no problems with out stay

Positive: We always love the staff, we have been back for the past 3 years for my daughters summer camp. Building is always clean. The staff always remember us and it’s like seeing family every year, so we chose this hotel over others with more amenities every year Negative: We didn’t enjoy how cloudy and cold the pool was. We always wish breakfast was included at the hotel since the price is so high. The hotel was the pull out couch/bed is way harder/ heavier now. The fridges seemed to be smaller rooms with no microwave.

Cant ask for anything better when you need a stay in Chattanooga. In a great location amongst food, bars, and entertainment. Easy access to the 24&75 and other quick local routes. Staff are great. Shouts out goes to Vee who works the front desk. She knows her stuff. Fast to get you checked-in and on your way, knows great establishments for your entertainment/hunger needs, very professional, great personality, and a great smile to welcome you to your stay. She is one of the main reasons I choose this location when im on business in Chattanooga. Looking for a great hotel, thats affordable, amongst the heart beat of the city, with great staff? Then book your stay here. You wont be dissapointed.

Two nights of my three night stay were interrupted by excessive noise in front of the hotel. Saturday morning there was a construction crew setting up a crane to move material to the hotel roof. They didn't start the actual work until 7 but they made plenty of noise setting up for it an hour prior. Now today, a trucker is delivering to the Mellow Mushroom the next street over and is parked under the hotel room I paid for. He started at 3 am and made as much noise as he possibly could, including idling his truck the entire time causing it to purge air from the hydraulics every couple of minutes. I would recommend against staying here if you value a good night's sleep.
