Shaon at the front desk made this stay exceptional. From the moment I arrived, he was respectful, professional, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to make the experience smooth and comfortable, which really stood out after a long day of travel. For future guests: if you want to see what real hospitality looks like, Shaon sets the standard. For management reading this: you have a rock star on your team.

I want to give KUDOS to your breakfast hosts, Maria and Miguel. They're both very friendly and show great hospitality. They welcome me with a cheerful smile every morning. Being in the hospitality industry, I am big on these small little moments. Your genuine care, attention to detail, and commitment to making every guest feel special is what transforms a good hotel into an extraordinary one. Looking forward to seeing you every morning during my stay!

The room was of comfortable size and I particularly appreciated that the room was made up daily. Friendly staff and good service in general.  The Grab and Go Bistro offered a good selection of breakfast choices, while the quality of dishes served at the Bisuteki (Japanese restaurant) by the lobby has much room for improvement, given the high prices! I also liked that the hotel is sandwiched between Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods Market, with a Blue Bikes dock just a couple mins walk from the lobby, very convenient.

Booked a last minute trip to Boston to support a family member at a local sports tournament and wanted to stay close to the City. This was could not have been more of a perfect location. I checked in yesterday afternoon and Mostafa at the front desk was extremely kind and made the process easy. The view of the Charles River from the room was so nice!

I have been here multiple times and stayed because the location was great. It was clean enough and the front desk person I have known after repeated visits was very nice and helpful. However, after this last time of having a mouse on my room I am done. I have not been called by the management. I was told they may contact me by email. The only email I received was a generic "take a survey". No compensation , and no call from management to apologize having to move rooms late at night. Sadly I will never go back.
