Courtyard by Marriott Albany Clifton Park

The rooms were very clean, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The little Bistro in the hotel was amazing. The bartender James remembered our drink order after ordering 2 nights prior. Definitely will stay here. 10 star rating.

The hotel location is close to the restaurants and the supermarket, and you can walk to a shopping centre in 15-20 minutes.

Recently attended a Key for Woman event. The event was wonderful. The food was served cold. They did not come back with tea as requested. The room was filled with a lot of people they were obviously short staffed.

I would book somewhere else. The hotel is dated. Soda beds are uncomfortable to sit on little less sleep on. The bistro could not handle the people waiting for orders at breakfast so they closed. I am not kidding. It was Unbelievable. We had a large group in for a funeral with several rooms. The cooks badge said engineer … really? They clean the rooms every other day and the day they cleaned it you couldn’t tell.

WiFi was inoperable and service was lackluster. Never greeted or acknowledged as Titanium level and was told the internet is what it is. No mention of ongoing construction as well. Marriott continues to disappoint as I am experiencing more negative experiences than positive.
