Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was well-equipped - you could tell from the attention to detail that the proprietors care about their guests. We learned how much they care when, after they heard in casual conversation a detail about our visit, they responded with a generous and unexpected gesture which went well beyond anything you are likely to find at another place. The Courtesy Inn definitely lives up to its name.

I reserved 2 rooms, both were clean. In one of the rooms the tv didn’t work, so that wasn’t great. The other room’s heater had an unpleasant odor, so we didn’t run it. Luckily it wasn’t too cold and wasn’t really an issue. My biggest issue is the inn’s location due to street noise. The inn is located on a very busy (highway?), and we heard a lot of vehicle noise. Otherwise the inn itself was quiet. The service was good, no complaints other than I wish they could’ve remedied the tv.

This place was in a GREAT location however our room was a little close to the road and could hear all the traffic and sirens (@ 1:30am). 😭 Room was clean and appreciated the mini fridge, microwave and tv. Was also able to check in an hour early l!

Stayed here while on a trip through Oregon, the rooms were really clean and the location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady who worked overnight helped us check in quickly and had great recommendations on things we could do the next day downtown. Had she not been so helpful and knew the area, we'd never have gotten to see the Rose garden or the butte. Definitely will be going back soon.

EMILY is always a great host, always offering immaculate customer service and accommodates her guest with ease and professionalism. That’s why we stay again and again…and again. Breakfast bar is always ready in the morning and the coffee is hot and the rooms are clean and stocked, meticulously . See y’all again.
