Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Savannah Southside

I had a wonderful stay at Country Inn & Suites in Savannah and was truly impressed by the level of hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Priya, the customer service representative, went above and beyond to make sure my stay was up to par. She was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive, which made a great first impression and continued throughout my visit. The breakfast each morning was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. My room was also very welcoming and comfortable, creating the perfect space to relax after a long day. Everything about the stay felt peaceful and well cared for. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing home away from home in Savannah. We were very pleased with all aspects of the facility and staff. We were able to check in early and our room was very clean and comfortable. The entire staff were super friendly and helpful, asking multiple times if we needed anything and offering to assist in multiple ways. Breakfast was good, fresh and tasty. We were very pleased and will definitely stay there again when visiting the Savannah area.

Dirty! Don’t do it. First thing we noticed were numerous doors on the first floor appeared to be damaged as if break-ins had occurred. The room itself was loud with the smoke smell and the walls were visibly dirty. As I walked past the couch, it was stained and had crust all over it. I walked into the bathroom and noticed the counter tops had pink stains. Going towards the toilet was just blatant filth — there was urine splashed on the floor and the toilet was stained with black mold. Then they have the nerve to offer free breakfast — Ew. I let the front desk know I could not stay there due to the filth and the smoke smell — I have an allergy. She took a screenshot of my pictures of the room and requested I go through the third party I booked with in order to get a refund. She was cool a

I honestly was not expecting the best experience because I didn't know what to expect but the hotel itself was very accommodating. We got one room that fit my husband and I with our four small children, very spacious and comfortable. It has a Keurig machine so bring your K-Cups. The breakfast was great (hot breakfast) with variety from cold cereal to hot cereal, waffle maker & fresh French toast, boiled eggs & scrambled eggs, sausage & bacon, and I can keep naming a few but every day is a different menu. The pool was heated water, didn't use the gym but there's a work out section. The rooms have a good amount of towels, a great amount of lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash (not the small bottles), make-up wipes, blower, iron & iron table.
