Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Savannah Midtown, GA

Pleasant & helpful staff. Good variety for breakfast. Despite being 'remodeled' recently, the rooms & hallways still seem 'old'. The carpet in the hallways is old & stained, with some odors. There was a fair amount of noise from neighbors and outside the property. This 'went away' then the HVAC fan was running. Since the system did not allow for 'continuous run' of the hvac fan, the noises also came & went through out my stay as the hvac cycled on and off. One reason I chose this location was because the descriptions stated "high speed internet." Since I had internet issues at another Choice hotel during my last visit, I chose this location hoping to have high speed internet (video conference call for work). This hotel has the best staff, particularly Ashley and Barbara. You know that they truly care about the guests. However, I probably would not stay here again. My first impression was not good. We arrived late in the night and the entire lobby and our second floor room smelled of curry. Perhaps an employee dinner, but it did dissapate by morning. There are signs of recent renovations, but the carpets in the hallways have not yet been included and they are in very poor condition. We were there for a week and there was little/no change in the breakfast options. Since it was our first time visiting Savannah, we were unaware that there were so many hotels in the city. For this reason, if we were to visit again, we would probably search out different accommodations.

Stayed here in January with my husband I've been meaning to write my review. But I just have to say everyone was so sweet and nice Ortezja was amazing I've never anyone nicer... Just very accommodating and made the visit feel like home 10 stars just for having her!!!

Real person here ... I've stayed at this hotel in 2024 and 2025, and both times my expectations were exceeded. Most recently, the room was absolutely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Everything in the room worked. No complaints. Breakfast was somewhat limited on new year's day, but otherwise pretty good. I'll stay again next time I'm in Savannah. Other reviews might say the local area is "sketchy"; I didn't see anything to be concerned about, but take normal precautions for personal safety.

This was an amazing hotel to stay at when visiting Savannah. Super clean, great staff, and comfortable rooms! Parking is very convenient. I 100% recommend this hotel to stay when visiting Savannah. Downtown Savannah is only minutes away.
