The Manager was very pleasant, great customer service. The breakfast was good. The sleeping section was also good. The reason I would not stay there again was the bathroom was not good at all. The toilet seat needs to be changed it was dirty looking. My husband asked cleaning people for supplies and he cleaned the best he could, stuff coming off yuck. Had to keep turning off shower, tub keep fulling up with water. Redo bathroom

Don't waste your money! This property is very outdated with the worst lighting I've ever seen in a hotel. It was literally offensive. They either have very dim and dark areas or very bright stark white bulbs in the rooms making them feel like sterile hospitals. Our room was so filthy that after walking on the floors there was grease and grime on the bottoms of our shoes. The pool was not working so people were piling into the hot tub. Gross This is absolutely not a 3 star hotel. There is also ongoing landscaping and construction outside, with half bent over light poles. It looks unkept and as if they forgot they are a hotel. The night clerk on 12/5/25 was awesome very nice, professional, accommodating, and caring! She remember that I called a few days ahead, and was expecting me by a certain time.very meticulous and keen. She knew exactly what I needed to make my stay pleasurable. The hotel room was neat and clean, I like the holiday decorations and sitting area. I really enjoyed the hot breakfast and the hours of service. Thank you so much.

Positive: Close to I 95 Negative: Very noisy. Hotel was virtually empty by we had noisy people above us until 1AM and next to us up at 6AM. Very loud. Hotel staff could give a crap. Staff also recommended the Shell House. Way overpriced for mediocre food. Was served mahi ordered salmon.

While we greatly enjoyed the size of the room and the staff, the pool was unbearably cold. The pool was one of the deciding factors for staying at this hotel, as we were traveling with children and wanted something we could do without leaving. The front desk agent mentioned that the pool was "chilly", when she really should have said that it felt like an ice bath! This did put a damper on our evening, as we had been traveling all day and were looking for a way to let our kids burn some energy before bed. Also, the breakfast, while a typical set up, seemed rather lack luster (the eggs were super watery and definitely tasted like they came from a carton).
