Keep in mind that I had booked my reservation in August for December and have stayed there several times since 2021. I was told we were in room 122 but when we tried to get in the security tab was in the way is what I was told, that was the first night. The next morning I asked if they had it fixed and I was told it was & I asked if we could move from 107 to 122 which is closer for me to walk due to back issues I was told yes. I said we would like to move to that room on the second day. Well they booked it for someone else!! The tenants were leaving on Sunday so I asked if we could move to that room then, oh sure but there’s an issue with the tv. Whether there was a tv issue or not all I did was encounter issues our whole stay. While in room 107 I noticed there was dirt and a pink hea

Special shout out to Damien at the front desk and Cindy in the kitchen. They were super nice and AWESOME to deal with. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The one thing I didn't like is that the hot tub didn't work, and the indoor pool was waaay too cold for swimming. (Kinda bummed about that. ) But everything else was AMAZING!

Really good location 5 minute drive to many restaurants, coffee shops and stores. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable with many pillows. There is plenty of storage space. I wish they had a baby crib (there was enough room for one in the room).

Positive: The shuttle to the airport, and breakfast staff. Negative: The constant lies. I asked before booking if the pool was heated and I told yes. I asked the Front Desk before I checked in. I was told yes. It was 40-50 degrees and I'm pregnant. I checked twice a day during my stay and lied to the entire time.

Very hospitable staff. Rooms were comfortable. Continental breakfast was ok. Eggs could be way better and bacon wasn't done enough( reason for the 9 /10). Coffee was hot and juice was cold( loved it). Belgian waffles you make on your own, hot and crispy. Very clean. Very safe even though I didn't see no security. Microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator in room was a blessing. All it needed was a bar with snacks and drinks. Had a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back.
