Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, San Antonio Lackland AFB - SeaWorld Area

I had a great experience staying at Country Inn & Suites in San Antonio. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is convenient and made it easy to get around the area. What really stood out was the service. Ravi and Diana were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting the area — excellent service and a great overall stay!

The hotel is in a very bad area and doesn’t look or feel safe at all. The elevator is dated and smelled so bad. The floor in the elevator was cracking and coming apart. My room door didn’t look like it closed all the way and you could see that my light was on from outside the door. The room had stains on the walls and the sheets and I didn’t have any towels for the shower. I had to go downstairs to get some. The people at the front desk were nice and honest about the area being unsafe. The toilet paper was the cheapest quality. The room was clean on the surface but filthy around the lights and walls and all the little cracks and crevices. It was very noticeable and visible. This is the best hotel for long term rates next to Lackland Air force Base. It is conveniently located next door to the base. Perfect for Lackland AFB graduation or for Lackland Air Force Tech School. They have comfortable beds and a military loving staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this motel! The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made our trip so relaxing. One of the highlights was the breakfast— everything was delicious We also truly appreciated the late check-out option. It gave us extra time to rest and get ready without feeling rushed, which made a big difference in our overall experience.
